Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor are playing the lead roles in this film. The film is directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Adar Poonawalla and Shashank Khaitan. Other supporting characters of this film are Sania Malhotra, Akshay Oberoi, Rohit Saraf, Manish Paul. The first teaser of the film was released on 28 August 2025. This film is a part of Dulhania franchise.

In this story, Sunny ie Varun and Tulsi (Jhanvi) are rejected candidates in love. When they decide to attend the wedding of their ex-partners Ananya (Sanya) and Vikram (Rohit), they discover themselves anew.

Earlier, Varun Dhawan’s movie “Baby John” did not make a storm at the box office. However, this movie has served as a big acting field for him to regain his acting place. Where he tried to show his full acting skills and according to the audience he succeeded in the attempt. 

The moment you see Rohit in this film, you will know that he is going to be the third or fourth angle of the love story in this movie. Story points and punchlines act like an algorithm while the co-actors automatically execute the acting skills accurately and perfectly. One of the songs in the film was a remake of Sonu Nigam’s 1999 song ‘Bijulia’, which had already become a hit with the audience. The audience loved Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor’s chemistry.
